MQHA is saddened to learn of the passing of Richard Horkey, who passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 15th at the Good Samaritan Society Sogge Memorial in Windom.
A Celebration of Life Service to honor the life and legacy of Richard Horkey, age 77, of Westbrook, will be held Thursday, May 22nd at 10:30 AM at Grace Lutheran Church ELCA in Westbrook. Military honors will be provided by the Westbrook American Legion and VFW. Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery in rural Westbrook.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 21st from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the LaCanne Family Celebration of Life Center in Windom. Visitation will continue Thursday at Grace Lutheran Church ELCA in Westbrook for one hour prior to the service from 9:30-10:30 AM.
