The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted every aspect of our equine industry. With the transition in allowing more activities, the Minnesota Horse Council is working to open lesson barns and get back to horse shows. The MN Horse Council has developed guidelines for Best Practices to open equine activities back up that will be shared with Governor Walz and Secretary of the Department of Agriculture.
